Megan achieves silver!

Norwich HEOC call handler Megan Llewelyn has successfully achieved silver certification for her exemplary compliance to MPDS.
Nick Jones, AGM for Norwich HEOC who presented Megan with her certificate, said: " Megan is the first call handler in Norwich HEOC to achieve silver certification - it's encouraging to see such high customer service and standards being achieved! I am very proud of Megan and urge her to continue providing the service she does. "The service provided by the call handler at a patient's time of need is crucial. Seeing such high standards from Megan and other call handlers well on their way to achieving silver is very encouraging! "
