ParAid Medical supplies John Radcliffe Hospital

Thursday, 02 August, 2012

John Radcliffe Hospital recently entrusted ParAid Medical to supply their site with bespoke paediatric emergency equipment.

After routine reviews of current paediatric equipment, the hospital selected ParAid Medical to update its hospital's children's equipment with a paediatric retrieval trolley. The trolley will be used to transport hundreds of critically-ill babies and young children within the hospital and safely to and from ambulances.

Norma Preedy, Medical Devices Strategy and Project Manager for John Radcliffe Hospital, said: "When updating our equipment we turned to ParAid Medical as our experience with their products in the past has proved more than satisfactory. In order for our hospital to provide superior care our children's emergency equipment needs to be high-quality, secure and safe for our patients and easy for staff to use. We found that ParAid Medical's products ticked all of those boxes and we'll continue to recommend them to others in the healthcare field."

Darryl Smith, Operations Director at ParAid Medical, said: "Our products are created based on each customer's medical needs to ensure every customer receives exactly what they require for use. We feel honoured to provide products to John Radcliffe Hospital which will go such a long way in helping treat several young patients."
