Bicycle Paramedics at Heathrow
A video showing the work of the London
Ambulance Service's bicycle response unit is now available on the BBC website.
The three minute video showing the cycle paramedics was filmed at Heathrow Airport, where the London Ambulance Service has more than 20 staff based.
Reporters from the BBC spent the day with cycle paramedics Janet Greenhead, Guy Dunk and Gerard Robinson, highlighting how
effective the bikes are at reaching patients quickly within the airport terminals.
